I can’t find an item I’d like to order – can I still get it?

I tried to place an order for tomorrow – it didn’t let me...
- We require two working days' notice for all orders to allow us to organise goods and services related to your order
I need something for tomorrow (or within the restricted hours)

I just need a quote
- Just select items and add them to the shopping cart – it will total up everything for you.
- If you do not wish to proceed, please just close the browser window.
- If you would like to keep the order, please proceed with the checkout.
I want something completely different to what is listed
- Order any items you can find... (maybe drinks for example) ... Check out your shopping cart
- Please get in touch with your Catering Manager to discuss your meeting and event needs
- We will advise and create a quote based on your requirements
Can I still use the ‘Old’ Spreadsheet ordering form?
- No – the old spreadsheet is now redundant and cannot be accepted

Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the site catering team directly. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the site catering team, and confirmation will be provided based on feasibility and timing.
For orders paid by credit card, once a cancellation has been approved and processed, the applicable refund will be credited directly to the original credit card used for the transaction.
